Wark Farm is a family farming business producing traditonal breed meats in the low hills of Aberdeenshire. We are on a quest to produce fantastic meats and meals that are worthy to be eaten and do justice to the animals and environment that create them. Do you know where your food comes from? We invite you to join us in our search. Get to know us on our web site. Visit us on an open day and listen to the skylarks. Order some of our meat and tell us how well it has been crafted. Was that meat worth eating, we need to know. Become more than a consumer.

Products available from the farm include:

• Belted Galloway Cattle - beef
• Oxford, Sandy & Black pigs - pork, bacon & ham
• Hebridean sheep - lamb
• Geese for Christmas & New Year

Alongside the fresh meats, a range of charcuterie products can be purchased such as smoked sausage, pancetta, Spotty Pig Pork Pies, etc. - all prepared on the farm using the traditional breeds meats as a starting point.

Products can be bought direct from the farm on monthly open days (Thursday, Friday & Saturday in the last full week of the month) or via a delivery round operating in Deeside, Donside & Aberdeen. A limited range of products are sold at the monthly Banchory Farmers Market. The farm also hosts regular events such as tastings, farm walks, etc.
