- 1 can (850g) sliced peaches
- 1 can (850g) pineapple pieces
- 250g glace cherries
- 1 cup of sultanas (1)
- 1 cup of raisins (2)
- 1/2 cup of chopped prunes (3)
- 2 dessert spoons sugar (4)
- 1 cup of brandy
Methods/steps
Drain peaches and pineapple and add the juice to 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Bring to boil and simmer for 7 minutes.
When cool, add peaches, pineapple, cherries and finally brandy.
Chill.
Serve with whipped cream.
