- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 8 mint leaves
- 4 teaspoon basil
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 sage leaf
- 1tbsp chopped parsley
- 1tbsp chopped chives
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
