Castlegate Street Party - Hogmanay

Sandi Thom - Albannach & Travis

This years line up for the Castlegate Street Party.
(Subject to change)

North-east rocker Sandi Thom and Celtic band Albannach will join headline act Travis at this year’s free Hogmanay celebrations in Aberdeen.

Event organisers today (Wednesday 21 November) confirmed that Sandi — best known for her smash hit single I Wish I Was a Punk Rocker — and Glasgow-based Albannach will get the party started on 31 December and entertain the crowds at the Castlegate as the countdown to the Bells gets under way.

What a good line up! More to my taste than previous years... hmmm, I wonder what I'll do this hogmanay... those fireballs might be worth a trip.
