On Friday 1st September we will be starting our cycle trek in aid of MS Society Scotland a charity which is close to all our hearts. Like many others our mums suffer from MS and we would like to do something to show that we care and help others as well.

Over two days we plan to cover a total of 125km, 65km off-road around the hills of Glen Avon and 60kms on-road from Tomintoul to Alford.
